Responsibilities

• Partner with planning teams across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Distribution to drive operational excellence.

• Analyse and interpret supply chain data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and supply chain performance.

• Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for senior management.

• Define and document business requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.

• Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving end-to-end supply chain efficiency.

• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

• Proactively identify and resolve data quality and process inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.

• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI (Python, R, or Matlab desirable).

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving ability.

• Interest in luxury brands or global retail is an advantage.
